目前加强我国中小企业融资的若干对策

Countermeasures for Enforcing the Financing of Medium-and Small-sized Enterprises at Present

解决中小企业融资问题 ,是当前鼓励和促进中小企业发展的重点之一。中小企业在融资过程中存在着问题是 :缺乏与中小企业相匹配的金融体制 ;缺乏中小企业贷款的担保机制 ;缺乏能够为金融部门提供配套服务的规范的会计师、审计师事务所 ;缺乏直接融资渠道等。在分析了以上问题的基础上 ,提出了相应的七项对策。

Solving financing difficulties in Medium-and Small-sized Enterprises is one of the keys to encouraging and promoting their development.There are some problems in the process of financing: no-Finance system in accordance with the characteristics of such Enterprises, no special Credit Guarantee system for their loan, no standard accounting and auditor firms which could meet the needs of banks, no direct financing ways,etc. Based on the analysis of these problems,seven countermeasures were suggested.
