民办高职教学管理队伍建设的问题研究

The Research on Problems of Teaching Management Team in Non-government Funded Vocational Colleges

民办高职院校因办学主体的不同,在学校运行机制、管理方法、经费筹措、岗位设置等诸多方面与公办高职院校存在差异。这些差异反映在教学管理队伍建设中所产生的影响较大,本文据此就问题的成因和对策进行分析。

There are lots of differences between non-government funded and government funded vocational colleges on aspects of college running mechanism, management method, fund raising and post establishment, etc., for discrepancy of principal part in run-ning school. Therefore, big effectiveness occurs in the construction of teaching management team. This paper will make an analysis of the causes and put forward some countermeasures as well.
