摘要 针对现有设计重用较多偏重于产品几何和拓扑的重用,而无法完成真正意义上的局部需求变动型设计的现状,提出一种基于功能—效应—原理解映射的设计历史功能重用与变异方法,从根源上响应设计中的局部需求变动。基于该方法,采用功能—效应—原理解映射来建立设计历史的信息模型,并结合期望产品的设计需求,构建了设计历史功能重用与变异的过程模型,从功能重用与变异的角度实现了局部变需求的设计求解。以叉车驱动桥为例,验证了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem that the existing design reuse was inclined to geometry and topology of product reuse, which could not accomplish the demand-varying design, the method for function reuse and variation of design history based on Function-Effect-Solution (F-E-S) mapping was proposed in response to the local demand-varying. The information model of design history was established by using F-E-S mapping, and the process model of design historys function reuse and variation was constructed by combining with the design requirements of desired product. The local demand-varying design was realized from the perspective of function reuse and variation. The feasibility of proposed method was verified through the example of forklift drive axle.
