Forensic scene inspection is of great significance to the detection of tetramine poisoning. Based on forensic scene inspection experiences of 12 tetramine poisoning cases, the author argues that forensic scene inspec-tion of tetramine poisoning should be conducted from the following aspects：to understand the brief situation of the case;to attach great importance to the poisoning symptoms;to collect evidence while investigating the crime scene;to pay attention to scientific extraction for examination and timely inspection;and to do the autopsy well, etc..
