外切内缝术配合芍倍注射液治疗混合痔29例疗效观察

Efficacy observation of external cut and inseam surgery combined with Shaobei injection in 29 cases of mixed hemorrhoid

目的:探讨外切内缝术联合芍倍注射液治疗混合性痔疮的临床效果。方法:选取2012年12月～2013年12月我院收治的混合痔患者29例作为研究对象。采用外切内缝术配合芍倍注射液进行治疗。结果:观察患者术后的便血及痔脱出情况以及肛门狭窄等。结论:采用外切内缝术配合芍倍注射液治疗混合性痔疮具有愈合时间短,安全性高,临床效果较好,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of xternal cut and inseam surgery combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods：29 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated in our hospital from Dec 2012 to Dec 2013 were selected as the study objects, Use circumscribed in suture with Que times injection for treatment.Results： Observation patient＇s postoperative hematochezia and hemorrhoid emergence, and anal stenosis Conclusion：Applying external cut and inseam surgery combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid,has advantages of short healing time,high security,good clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate ,which is worthy of being promoted in clinic.
