西药不合理用药的探讨

To investigate the irrational use of drugs of Western Medicine

目的:探讨在医院门诊就医的患者中存在的不合理用药原因。方法:采用回访的调查方法对患者临床用药情况进行资料收集;分析方法采用回顾性分析法(时段为2012年至今;研究对象为在我院门诊就医并取药的1000例患者)。结果:接受回访调查的1000例患者当中,有占总数5%的患者不合理用药。结论:为保证患者用药安全,医院门诊药房的药师应对患者用药给予正确指导。

Objective： To investigate the causes of irrational drug use in hospital out-patient treatment in patients with. Methods： the survey method to collect data to visit patients clinical situation;using the method of retrospective analysis （period since 2012; research object in 1000 cases in our hospital out-patient treatment and drug taking patients）. Results： among the 1000 cases accepted follow-up survey of patients, unreasonable medication accounted for 5% of the total number of patients with. Conclusion： to ensure medication safety, give correct guidance to deal with drug pharmacists and patients in hospital outpatient pharmacy.
