摘要
目的:讨论二甲中医医院新聘用护士岗前培训的内容。方法:采用临床实践和集中讲授交叉的培训方式,以十四项护理核心制度为主,采用半脱产的培训方式,通过一般护士岗前培训调查表进行测评考核。结果:测评结果显示,低于60分的2人,占4.44%。61~70分的1人,占2.22%。71~80分的29人,占64.46%。81~90分的10人,占22.22%。90分以上的3人,占6.66%。结论:通过岗前培训,提高新聘护士的岗位适应能力,培养新聘护士严谨的工作作风,提高护理队伍的综合素质,减少护患纠纷,客观上保证了医院的医疗质量。
Objective: To discuss the pre-job training for new nurses recruited by two A hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: Based on the fourteen nursing core system, the crossed training of clinical practice and centralized teaching were applied to the partly released from productive labor learning, and the general nurse pre-job training questionnaire were used to evaluation. Results: Among the scores of all nurses, there were 2(4.44%) below 60, 1 (2.22%)between 61-70,29(64.44%) between 71-80,10(22.22%) between 81 -90, and 3 (6,66%) over 90 respectively.Conclusion: The pre-job training can improve the job adaptability of new nurse and change their attitude to working strictly. It can also improve the overall quality of nurses and decrease the nurse-patient disputes, which would guarantee the medical service and contribute to improving the whole level of their hospitals.
