This paper is based on the theory that the character of rockmass mechanics is mainly controled by the structural face and structural feature in the rockmass,but not the kind of the rock,and analysyes the questions and disadvantages in the engineering of blast,and how to utlize the theory to instruct practice of blasting engineering.
