超声检测加味参附颗粒对心力衰竭大鼠心脏的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨加味参附颗粒(Modified Mankshood Granule)对心力衰竭大鼠心脏结构和功能的影响。方法:选用76只成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(10只)和模型组(66只),采用腹主动脉狭窄诱导法制作心衰大鼠模型,4w后将60只存活模型大鼠随机分为对照组、地高辛组、加味参附颗粒高剂量治疗组和低剂量治疗组,治疗8w。于药物干预前后,使用超声检测心力衰竭大鼠及对照组大鼠的左室收缩末内径(LVED)、左室舒张末内径(LVDD)及±dp/dtmax、左室射血分数(LVEF)、短轴缩短率(FS)等心脏结构和功能的指标,同时检测大鼠自主活动度等指标。结果:经用高剂量加味参附颗粒干预,心力衰竭大鼠心脏结构和功能指标较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),自主活动度增加。结论:加味参附颗粒可以改善心力衰竭大鼠心脏结构和心功能,增加大鼠活动度。 Objective:To evaluate the role of Modified Mankshood Granule on cardiac structure and function in congestive Heart Failure rats by echoeardiography. Methods:76 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group(10 rats) and model group(66 rats), and the rats in model group were operated on abdominal aortic constriction. The model group was divided further into 4 groups. Eight weeks later, the left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD), left veutricular end systolic dimension(LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), left ventricular +dp/dtmax were measured and the autonomic activities of rats were observed. Result:Compared with control group, the LVEF, FS, LV-+dp/dtmax, autonomic activities of rats increased and LVEDD, LVESD decreased (P〈0.05)in the groups treated with Modified Mankshood Granule. Conclusion: Modified Mankshood Granule could improve the CHF rats cardiac structure and function, and raised autonomic activities of rats.
