人地关系调控与生态环境——以长江洪灾为例

On Regulation and Controlling of the Human-Earth Relations and the Ecological Environment ——Take the Flood Damages of the Yangtse River as an Example

以长江洪灾为例 ,分析了人地相互作用的内容与方式 ,人地关系系统调控的任务与措施。认为洪灾频发的重要原因是人类对地质资源的不合理开发利用而导致生态系统的严重破坏。并认为要培植生态系统的抗干扰能力 ,应及时调整人地关系 ,改善农村的经济方式与经济条件 ,把生态建设作为国家长治久安的根本大事长期坚持下去。

Taking the flood damages that took place in the Yangtse River as an example,in the paper the author analyzed the content and ways of the human earth correlation,and the tasks and measures of systemic regulation and controlling of the human earth relations.It is considered that the main reasons that the flood damages occurred frequently along the area of the Yangtse River are that the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of geological resources result in the violent changes of ecosystem.It is necessary to develop the anti interference ability of ecosystem,to readjust the human and earth relations in time,to improve the rural economic ways and conditions amd to regard the ecological construction as one of the long term and foundation national affairs.
