骨折的X线平片识别体会

摘要 目的:对骨折的X线平片识别进行分析。方法:选取2008年12月—2013年12月我院收治的骨折患者200例,首先进行X线平片检查;后CT扫描检查,对比两组检查的诊断率和误诊率。结果:CT检查准确诊断率对比X线检查,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。X线检查患者的检查费用、患者满意度均明显优越于CT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查结果骨折类型,对比X线检查结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于骨折患者采用X线平片检查可准确的进行诊断,同时费用较低患者满意度较高,可依据患者情况进行应用。
