腰椎间盘镜下开窗减压结合纤维环缝合治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量：8

摘要 采用开窗减压术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用方法,但术后易复发、残留腰腿痛等后遗症,逐渐引起人们的重视.很多学者研究提出了许多相关危险因素,其中纤维环切口对椎间盘造成的破坏是比较明确的因素,但纤维环损伤修复的研究依然处于非常初级阶段.以往有很多动物实验和临床研究修复缝合纤维环的临床报道认为,细胞治疗、基因治疗和组织工程载体等修复再生治疗再配合纤维环缝合,是我们以后修复纤维环理想的治疗方法.但是目前相关研究仍处于动物实验,在临床试验有一定的限制和困难.我们于2012-06-2013-10开展了腰椎间盘镜下开窗病变髓核摘除同时行纤维环缝合术26例,取得了良好的临床效果;现报道分析如下.
