十二通道与六通道开放式冷盐水灌注射频导管消融治疗典型心房扑动的临床对照分析

摘要 典型心房扑动(房扑)的电生理机制为局限于右心房、围绕三尖瓣环的大折返,三尖瓣环与终末嵴及欧氏嵴分别为心房激动向前与向后的阻滞线、缓慢传导区,在三尖瓣环峡部(Cavotricuspid isthmus,CTI)消融形成完全双向阻滞成功率较高.虽然开放式冷盐水灌注消融导管已经广泛应用,但典型房扑消融如何缩短手术时间及能量损伤的深度等问题仍困惑着电生理医师.本中心旨在总结采用国内新上市的十二通道开放式冷盐水灌注导管(Contact TherapyTM Cool PathTM Duo,CTCPD)消融的临床经验,现报道如下.
