摘要
目的了解早产儿和足月儿新生儿期血清甲状腺激素水平。方法用化学发光免疫分析法测定新生儿血清T_3、T_4、FT_3、FT_4和TSH水平,按胎龄分早产儿组和足月儿组,并进行组间比较,作胎龄与甲状腺激素水平间的相关性分析。结果早产儿组T_3、T_4和FT_3水平分别为(1.34±0.40)、(141.50±39.62)nmol/L和(4.11±1.10)pmol/L,明显低于足月儿组的(1.70±0.50)、(160.88±37 59)nmol/L和(4.87±1.42)pmol/L,(均P<0.01)。胎龄与血清T_3水平(r=0.36,P<0.01)、T_4水平(r=0.30,P<0.01)和FT_3水平(r=0.27,P<0.01)明显相关。结论新生儿出生时T_3、T_4、FT_3水平与胎龄有关,早产儿甲状腺激素水平明显低于足月儿。
Objective To investigate the serum thyroid hormone levels in preterm neonates and ful term neonates. Methods Serum T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH levels were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay in the preterm neonates (〈37 weeks) and the ful term neonates(≥37 Weeks). The serum hormone levels were compared between two groups and the corre-lation of gestational ages with serum thyroid hormone levels was analyzed. Results Serum T3, T4, FT3 levels in the preterm neonate group were 1.34±0.40 nmol/L, 141.50±39.62 nmol/L and 4.11±1.10 pmol/L respectively, which were significant low-er than those in ful term infant group (1.70±0.50 nmol/L, 160.88±37.59nmol/L, 4.87±1.42 pmol/L, P〈0.01) . The gestational ages were significantly correlated with serum T3(r=0.36, P〈0.01), T4(r=0.30, P=0.01)and FT3 levels(r=0.27, P=0.01). Conclu-sion Low serum thyroid hormone levels are identified in preterm neonates, and the levels are correlated with gestational ages of neonates.
