独活寄生汤加减治疗老年原发骨质疏松症腰背疼痛的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Duhuojisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis with Low Back Pain

目的探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗老年原发骨质疏松症腰背疼痛的临床疗效。方法将82例老年原发骨质疏松症腰背疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用独活寄生汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.7%,显著高于对照组患者的75.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用独活寄生汤加减治疗老年原发骨质疏松症腰背疼痛临床疗效可靠,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Duhuojisheng decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with low back pain. Methods 82 cases of primary osteoporosis with low back pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group, cases in control group were given routine western medicine treatment, based on this cases in observation group were treated by Duhuojisheng decoction, compared the clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of cases in observation group was 92.7%, significantly higher than that in control group （75.6%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with low back pain has reliable clinical effect, it is worthy of further elinieal application.
