不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗特点分析

Analysis of Treatment Characteristics of Unstable Pelvic Fracture Combined with Multiple Fractures of Limbs

目的研究分析不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中骨科损伤控制的临床应用价值。方法选取我院42例患者研究分析,并随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各21例,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床治疗优良率(85.71%)显著优于对照组(61.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中具有显著作用,有效降低患者出现并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple fractures of limbs in the treatment of orthopedic damage controlling. Methods 42 patients were studied and randomly divided into treatment group（21 cases） and control group（21 cases）, Clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results Excellent rate of treatment group（85.71%）was obviously higher than control group（61.90%）, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bone damage controlling in unstable pelvic fractures treated with multiple fractures of limbs has significant role, effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
