小剂量利培酮治疗老年期精神分裂症临床体会被引量：2

摘要 42例老年期精神分裂症患者被纳入到本次研究中,对患者进行分组,治疗组患者应用小剂量利培酮治疗,对照组患者应用氯氮平口服治疗,分别于治疗后不同时段对两组患者的PANSS评分进行比较。两组患者治疗前以及治疗后第2、4、6、8w PANSS评分差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后第1w两组PANSS评分差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组两组患者治疗总有效率不具有显著差异(P>0.05),分别为86.36%和80%。对老年期精神分裂症患者应用小剂量利培酮治疗能够迅速起效。
