基因靶向治疗方法的研究进展

Progress Research of Gene Targeting Therapy

近年来,基因治疗技术应逐年应用于临床实践中,常在遗传、代谢病及肿瘤治疗等领域取得了较快的研究进展[1]。但目前,基因治疗的有效性及安全性尚未得到认可,这就要求相关医疗工作者能够对基因靶向治疗做出进一步研究,以完善该治疗方法在临床中的应用[2]。

Gene therapy techniques should be used in clinical practices in recent years,it has made rapid progress in many fields such as genetic,metabolic disease,cancer and so on. While,efficacy and safety of gene therapy has not yet been approved,which requires workers to be able to make further related medical research on gene targeting therapy to improve the treatment of clinical application.
