摘要
心力衰竭(CHF)是由各种病因引起的心肌结构和功能改变导致的心脏功能衰退所形成的一类复杂的临床综合征。神经内分泌激素在其发生发展中扮演关键角色。近年来众多临床试验证实β-受体阻滞剂类药物对心力衰竭有良好的治疗作用,并逐渐成为治疗该病的标准药物之一。本文针对近年来β-受体阻滞剂治疗充血性心力衰竭的研究进展作一综述。
Heart failure（CHF） is a kind of complex clinical syndrome caused by various causes of cardiac structure and function changes leading to heart recession. Neuroendocrine hormones plays a key role in its development. In recent years,many clinical trials have confirmed thatβ-blockers drugs for heart failure had good effect,and gradually become one of the standard drug treatments for the disease.β-blockers in the treatment of congestive heart failure in recent years was summarized in this paper.
