基于标准营造体系的装配式混凝土住宅设计

Precast Concrete Housing Design Basing on Standard Construct System

节能减排已成为当今全球共同的话题。装配式住宅工业化生产与国家产业结构改革、节能减排、原材料的循环利用、提升建筑质量等密切相连,已逐步在全国各地进行推广,虽初步形成了符合当地特色的装配式混凝土住宅体系,但缺少一个标准的营造体系。文章基于部分工程实例并结合地方标准,从实际需求出发,对营造体系的标准化和模块化展开研究,从而梳理出一套行之有效的营造体系构架。

Today, energy conservation has become a common topic in the global. Industrial production of precast concrete housing is close linked with the national industrial structure reforms, energy conservation, recycling of raw materials and improving buildings quality etc. It has been gradually promotion throughout the country and initially formed some precast concrete housing system conforming with the local specialties. However, it has no a standard construct system. The papers has studied the standardization and modularization of construct system, teased out a set of effective construct system frame basing on some of the projects practices and the local standards, starting from the actual demand.
