目前,国内工业化住宅已形成一种新型的建筑形式,即将迎来大规模发展。如何设计符合当前社会对功能和美观的需求,又满足工业化生产、建造工艺要求的高性价比的住宅已成为急需探讨和解决的问题。文章探讨工业化住宅建筑设计的特点,分析影响设计价值的现状问题并提出建议。

Industrialized housing has become a new architectural form in China and its large scale development is coming. It has become a problem that urgently needs to be discussed and solved that how to design cost efficiency housing meeting both present social requirements to function and aesthetics and requirements of industrialized production and construction processes. This paper discusses characteristics of design of industrialized housing, analyzes current situations that have influence on design value and proposes suggestion.
