摘要 从预制建筑外墙板的角度对影响建筑保温节能的因素予以阐述,并结合外墙板保温节能构造对外墙板与主体承重结构的连接方式、外墙板抗震性能及耐久性能、设计项目热工计算等方面予以说明。以本项目为试验项目在建交委立项的"复合保温围护墙板工业化成套技术研究与应用"科研成果获得2010年上海市科技进步二等奖。 This paper elaborates influencing factors of building insulation and energy saving from the perspective of prefabricated outer wall panel and gives instruc- tions on connection method of outer wall and main body load bearing structure, anti- seismic performance and durability of outer wall panel, thermal calculation of design projects by integrating outer wall insulation and energy saving structure. With this project as an experimental project, the achievement of "Study and Application of Industrialized Packaged Technology for Composite Insulating Enclosure Wall Panel" won the second price of Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress 2010.
