摘要
文章介绍龙信集团在建筑产业现代化实践过程中的经营和管理模式。在建筑设计标准化前提下,探索把构配件生产工厂化、施工现场装配化、实行装修设计一体化的住宅建筑建造方式,以利于降低污染、减少浪费、降低管理成本和生产成本,实现建造过程的绿色化。
This paper introduces Longxin Group＇s operation and management mode in practice of modernization of building industry. Under the precondition of building design standardization, it explores factory production of components, changing field construction into assembly and implementing decoration and design integrated housing construction so as to reduce pollution, wastage, management cost, production cost and realize environmental protection in construction process.
