摘要
以WC-Ni和Fe基合金粉末为原料,采用等离子弧喷焊工艺在低碳钢基体表面制备了成分渐变的梯度涂层。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子能谱、XRD射线衍射仪分析了涂层的显微组织结构、物相组成,以及涂层与基体界面、WC颗粒与基体材料界面、多层涂层间界面特征。结果表明:梯度涂层内部组织由粗大树枝晶逐渐转变为细小枝晶,主要物相有α-Fe,γ-Fe,WC,FeNi3,FeCr0.29Ni0.16C0.06,CrFe7C0.45,Cr4Ni15W等,涂层的显微硬度明显高于基体,涂层与基体之间、WC颗粒与铁基之间及各涂层之间均获得冶金结合的界面。
A multilayer graded coating of WC-Ni reinforced iron base metal was prepared on low carbon steel plate by plasma transferred arc welding.The microstructure,phases,distribution of hardness,coating-substrate interface,coating-coating interface,and WC-coating interface were analyzed by optical microscope(OM),scanning election microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and Vickers hardness tester.The results showed that from bottom layer to top layer the microstructure changed from crassitude dendrites to tiny compact dendrites with the contents of WC-Ni increased from 5%to 25%,the main phases contained in the coating were α-Fe,γ-Fe,WC,FeNi_3,FeCr_(0.29)Ni_(0.16)C_(0.06),CrFe_7C_(0.45),Cr_4Ni_(15)W,the interface between coating and substrate,coatings,WC and matrix all was metallurgical bond.
