摘要
利用设计改造的流化床式气流粉碎机对硅酸钙样品进行了超细粉碎试验。研究了流化床式气流粉碎机对硅酸钙超细粉碎的效果,分析了气流磨分级机的频率以及引风机频率对产品粒度的影响,测试除尘器出口的产品粒度,从而提出了对气流磨设备和粉碎流程的改进措施。当分级机的频率为50H z,引风机频率为40H z时,得到粉碎后的产品粒度和产量综合效果最好。
The calcium silicate was grinded though fluidized bed jet mill that was designed and modified by laboratory. The effect of frequency of classifier and induced draft fan on the particle size of calcium silicate was studied. The modification method was proposed based on the measuring data. When the frequency of classifier and induced draft fan are separately 50Hz and 40Hz, the particle size of powder product is mix- mum and the output of production have best result.
