20MnNiMo锻件在高压加热器水室封头的研发及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前,高压加热器管侧的水室封头材料常采用SA-516Gr70钢板制造。为了寻求更经济的钢板材料,设计方考虑采用牌号为20MnNiMo的锻件,代替SA-516Gr70钢板作为制造高加水室封头的材料。通过各种设计方案的对比,选取了某型高压加热器的水室封头进行试制。试制时,先锻造了饼形的锻件,并检测了各项参数,随后按照标准的要求热压成球形封头。试制后的水室封头已成功安装在某型改造高压加热器上并投入运行。今后,这种设计方案可在大型机组的高压加热器制造中进行推广,利用国产锻件替代进口牌号的钢板。 Currently, the channel head of HP heater on tube side is mainly used SA-516 Gr70. In order to seek more economical design and manufacturing solutions, the designer considers using the forging 20MnNiMo instead of lhc plate SA-516 Gr70 to make the channel head of HP heater. R & D unit compared several design projects, and selected the channel head of 300 MW HP heater to trail. During the trail, the R& D unit first forged a forging shaped like a cake, and passed every test, and then hot rolled to a roundness head. After the successful trail, the head has been installed on a HP heater of a power plant and put into operation. From now on, the design can he promoted in the manufacture of HP of large units, and the domestic forging can replace the imported one.
