摘要
某型300MW机组汽轮机的旁路系统在运行时,旁路阀的阀瓣突然发生了断裂。通过反复试验和综合失效原因进行了分析,查明了阀瓣断裂的原因。为此,改进了阀瓣的加工工艺,并对阀瓣制造控制程序进行了优化。
