摘要
1000kV晋东南-南阳-荆门输电线路工程(黄河大跨越工程)导线采用六分裂AACSR/EST-500/230特高强钢芯铝合金线,由于张力太大现有设备及工器具不具备常用的一牵六及一牵二+一牵四架线方式,经分析计算采用3×(一牵二)高张力同步展放架线方式,本文根据主要受力计算结果,对展放施工中的主要施工设备及施工技术进行了探讨,为今后特高压输电线路更大截面导线更大放线张力的架线施工提供参考和借鉴。
Ultra high strength steel core aluminum alloy wire of 6 fissions wires AACSR/EST-500/230are applied in 1000kV Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen transmission line project.Stringing mode for1-pulling-6 and 1-pulling-2 1-pulling-4 of the commonly used Cannot be applied for the existing equipment because the tension is too large.By means of analysis and calculation,Stringing mode of high tension synchronous exhibition for 3×1-pulling-2 are applied.In this paper,according to the calculation of the main stress results,On the construction of main construction equipment and technology exhibition put are discussed,And to provide reference for stringing construction of the wires with bigger cross section and bigger stringing tension with the ultra-high voltage transmission line project for the future.
