Effect of patent examination on the implement of innovation-driven development

针对创新驱动发展战略实施对于专利审查工作提出的新要求和新期待,分析了专利审查工作与创新驱动发展战略实施的现实要求之间存在的矛盾和不匹配性,从而针对性地提出了相应的解决措施。这些相应的解决措施旨在缩小上述现存的不匹配性,以期专利工作的开展能够激发全社会的创新活力,对经济转型成功起到助推作用。

With regard to the new requirements and hopes to patent examination proposed by the innovation-- driven development strategy, contradiction and mismatch between patent examination and practical need to implement the innovation--driven development strategy are analyzed in the paper and resolution schemes are proposed correspondingly. The corresponding resolution schemes are aimed to lower the existing mismatch so that the practice of patent examination should motivate the innovation energy of the entire society and help the economic transition to be successful.
