提升我国中小企业节能减排效率的创新驱动研究

An Innovation-driven Research of Improving Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Efficiency of SMEs in Our Country

运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对我国各省中小企业2005~2011年的节能减排效率变动指数进行了测度,通过指数分解和分析,得出中小企业节能减排效率提升主要得益于技术创新,管理创新的贡献相对较小。通过地区间效率变动指数的对比分析,得出我国中小企业节能减排效率提升存在明显的区域性差异,东部地区的效率增长快于中西部地区。根据实证研究结论,提出了创新驱动中小企业节能减排效率的对策建议。

Use DEA -- Malmquist index method to measure changes in energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency index of SMEs in every province of our country from 2005 to 2011 , through decomposition and analysis, it is concluded that small and medium--sized enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction efficiency promotion is mainly due to technological innovation, management innovation contribution is relatively small. Through comparative analysis of regional efficiency change index, it is concluded that there exists obvious regional differences of energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency promotion in SMEs in our country. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of SMEs in innovation-- driven process.
