摘要以第一手资料对意大利Innova集团技术转移全流程服务、全方位价值创造的创新模式进行了案例研究,指出其成功的关键在于实现了创新链、产业链、资金链的高度融合。同时,从交易成本理论的视角剖析该服务模式的合理性和普遍的推广意义,并结合实际,从经营管理的微观层面对国内技术转移中介服务组织提出若干借鉴建议。 This article is a case study on one of the innovative technology transfer service model. Taking Italian Innova group as an example, the article first illustrates the model＇s characteristics： full process service and value adding. Then, it uses the transaction cost theory to explain the model＇s mechanism and explore its promoting significance. Finally, several important suggestions are given to Chinese counterparts, focusing on business management in particular.
