低功耗胰岛素泵控制器的设计

摘要 论文介绍胰岛素泵控制器的软硬件设计.该控制器由十个模块电路构成,论文详细介绍了电源管理模块、电机控制模块、转速测量模块和电机堵转模块的具体实施方法,论文还进一步介绍了降低系统功耗的软硬件措施.样机测试结果表明系统成本低廉、性能稳定、使用方便,具有广泛的应用前景. In this paper, an insulin pump controller is introduced by hardware and software design. The pump controller consists of 10 modules circuits and 4 typical modules circuit including power management module, motor control module, speed measurement module and motor stall module, are detailedly introduced. In addition, some methods are also used to reduce system power consumption from hardware and software. The testing result of prototype shows that the system is stable, low cost, easy to use and the controller will be widely used to control the insulin pumps.
