摘要
铝质易拉罐轻量化是降低生产成本的主要手段,罐型设计是其关键技术,利用CAD/CAE技术对旧罐型材料用量及物理性能进行分析,找出其在使用较薄铝板后存在的缺陷,对罐体结构进行优化,设计出适合较薄铝板的新式罐型,减少了工艺试验,提高了技术改造效率.
The lightweight of easy-open aluminum cans is a major factor to reduce production costs, so the design of the can shape is important. With CAD/CAE technique, a research was carried out on the utilization amount .of raw material and physical properties of old can shapes to find out its shortcomings, thus improved the can shape and designed a can shape of new style, which is suitable for thinner aluminum sheet application. The results show that the process tests are reduced greatly and the efficiency of technical modification has been increased.
