高校教师队伍的综合素质是高校的核心竞争力,是提升高校教学质量的关键因素,据调查,高职院校思政理论课存在着不少需要改进的问题,思想政治理论课教学的实效性有待于提高;高职院校领导应对思政理论课给予足够的重视;而教师也应自觉主动提升自身的思想政治素质、人格修养及科研能力等方面综合素质,不断适应新形势下高职院校思想政治理论课的教学。

The teachers＆#39;comprehensive quality in colleges and universities is the core competitiveness , and is the key to improve teaching quality .According to the survey ,there are many problems in the college ideological and political theory course ,so the effectiveness of class teaching needs to be improved .Ideological theory course should be paid much attention by higher vocational college leadership ,and teachers should consciously take the initiative to improve their comprehensive quality such as ideological and political quality ,personality cultivation and scientific research ability ,and constantly adapt to the new situation of ideological and political theory course teaching in higher vocational colleges .
