摘要
沙角A电厂二期#4、#5机300MW机组的锅炉连续排污系统存在系统流量难控制、阀后弯头经常吹损的现象,经过对系统深入分析,属于阀门选型不符合系统设计要求所致,并据此提出优化改造方案,实施后上述问题得到圆满解决。
The boiler continuous blow down systems in Boilers # 4,5 300 MW units in Shajiao A Power Station Ⅱ exist some phenomena as difficult to control flow system, often blowing loss in angle head behind the valve. Through in-depth analysis of the system,the reason belongs to that valve selection system design does not meet the requirements. According to this, the optimization and transformation have been proposed. After the implementation the above issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
