Process of Quenching and Bluing Completed at the Same Time

用氢氧化钠、硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠、硝酸钾和水按照一定比例配制成一种淬火发蓝液。将工件无氧化光亮加热后迅速放入淬火发蓝液中淬火,即得到所需硬度而又随即完成发蓝,从而使淬火与发蓝两道工艺合并为一道工艺一次性完成。

In this paper, the quenching and bluing liquid is prepared according to a centain proportion with the sodium hydroxide, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate and water. The workpiece heated at the non-oxidizing atmosphere is rapidly put into the quenching and bluing liquid, to gain the required hardness and complete the bluing at the same time. Thus both of quenching and bluing can be completed once as a combined process .
