摘要
本文通过扫描电镜、能谱、金相和显微硬度等方法对疲劳寿命试验后的滚珠丝杠副20CrMo钢渗碳螺母进行了失效分析。结果表明,20CrMo钢渗碳螺母单侧滚道出现严重接触疲劳破坏的原因是:1)因原材料成分不均匀而形成黑白相间的不均匀组织;2)由于渗碳不均匀而造成失效滚道部位的渗碳层过浅;3)与其配套的丝杠加工分度不均匀而导致丝杠副运行时螺母两条滚道的受力不均匀。
In this paper the failure analysis on 20CrMo steel carburized nut of the ball screws after fatigue life test was dealted with by using scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrum, metallo-graphic microstructure and micro-hardness detection etc. The results indicated that the severe contact fatigue damage on the single-side raceway of 20CrMo steel carburized nut resulted from that 1 ) the black and white inhomogeneous microstructure owning to the composition inhomogeneous of the steel ,2 ) thinner carburized layer of the failure raceway because of uneven carburizing, 3 ) unbalanced stress on the two raceways of the nut vice in working due to uneven processing index of the matching screw.
