摘要
研制了一套用于某运载火箭助推模块箱间段的自动钻铆设备。该设备由柔性定位工装系统、铆接机械手、行星钻顶机构、自动送钉系统和控制系统等组成。介绍了该自动钻铆设备的功能、关键技术,以及工艺流程与参数设计。通过箱间段产品的试制,验证了自动钻铆技术在运载火箭舱体研制中的可行性与可靠性。
An automatic drilling and riveting equipment for inter-tank section of some rocket booster was studied in this paper. This equipment was composited of flexible positioning tooling, riveting manipulator, planet drilling and jacking mechanism, auto nail sending system and control system. The function and key technologies were introduced in this paper, and so were the process flow and parameters. The feasibility and reliability of automatic drilling and riveting technology for the inter-tank section of rocket was examined through the trail-produce of intetank section.
