质量功能配置在卫星包装箱开发中的应用

Application of Quality Function Deployment on Packaging Device for Satellite

为使卫星包装箱系列产品更好地满足客户需求,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,提升市场竞争力,在卫星包装箱的设计和开发过程中,引入质量功能配置(QFD)技术,以顾客和市场需求为出发点,用层次分析法(AHP)定量识别顾客需求重要度,建立了产品规划质量屋,以质量特征的改善率为指导,提出产品质量改进措施。实践表明:用QFD可有效提高产品的质量和顾客的满意度。

In order to make the serial production of packaging device, meet the client requirements, shorten the development period and reduce the development cost, and promote the market ability of competition, the quality function deployment （QFD） technology was introduced to the development process of the satellite packaging device in this paper. The analytical hierarchy process （AHP） was adopted to identify requirements quantificationally, according to the requirements of client and market, and the house of quality for the production layout was established. The method which was adopted to improve the production quality was proposed under the direction of improvement ratio of quality feature. The application practices were validated that the quality function deployment could improve the production quality and upgrade the satisfaction degree of client effectively.
