工学结合视域下的高职思想政治教育之挑战与创新

Challenge and Innovation of Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Education under Horizon of Integration of Working and Learning

分析了工学结合的主要原因,解读了高职思想政治教育面临的挑战,回答了如何在新形势下加强和改进高职思想政治工作的有效方法与路径。认为大力推行工学结合人才培养模式是我国高职教育改革发展的方向和趋势,能有效促进高职教育的转型与发展。

The main reason for the integration of working and learning is analyzed. The challenges that ideological and political education for higher vocational school are interpreted. The effective methods on how to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in higher vocational school are proposed. It is considered that, vigorously prometing the training model of integration of working and learning is the direction and trend of China＇s reform and development of vocational educating which can effectively promote the transformation and development of higher vocational education.
