阴部神经阻滞用于尿道下裂术后辅助镇痛的效果被引量：1

摘要目的评价阴部神经阻滞用于尿道下裂患者术后辅助镇痛的效果。方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行尿道下裂修复术的小儿64例,随机分为2组:阴部神经阻滞组32例(P组)和对照组32例(C组),所有患者术中均采用全身麻醉,P组术后给予0.125%布比卡因10 ml行阴部神经阻滞,C组给予等量0.9%氯化钠溶液,观察术后镇痛效果、并发症等情况。结果 2组患者中,P组在术者及家属满意度方面明显高于C组(P<0.05),而在疼痛评分及曲马多消耗量方面P组明显低于C组(P<0.01)。结论小儿尿道下裂术后阴部神经阻滞辅助镇痛可有效减少术后镇痛药的用量,减轻尿道下裂患儿术后的疼痛。
