摘要
市场比较法是房地产估价中运用较多的方法之一,文章针对房地产状况修正,分析了AHP在该方法中的应用,实现了合理的确定房地产状况修正因素的权重,使得所确定的比准价格更具有指导意义。
The market comparison is one of the methods which frequently used on real estate estimate. This article analyzed the utilization of AHP to the market comparison and reasonably fixed on the status modification factors, which also made the comparison price be more referenced.
