摘要
提出了一种基于碰撞加速度信号控制的主动式安全头枕结构,建立并验证了某车型的驾驶员座椅有限元模型,利用有限元软件LS-DYNA和多刚体软件MADYMO建立了该座椅和BioRIDII假人的耦合计算模型,利用该模型进行了乘员在追尾碰撞中的动力学响应仿真。结果表明,所设计的主动式安全头枕在追尾碰撞中可使乘员颈部损伤指数NIC值比原结构降低33.8%。
An active safety headrest structure controlled by crash acceleration signal is proposed and a finite element ( FE) model for the driver seat of a vehicle is established and verified. And based on FE software LS-DYNA and multi-rigid-body software MADYMO, a coupled calculation model for the seat and BioRIDII dummy is also set up to conduct a simulation on the dynamics response of occupant in a rear-end collision. The results show that the active safety head restraint can reduce NIC value by 33. 8% compared with the original structure.
