黄顶菊内生细菌对枣缩果病菌拮抗性研究
摘要
本研究采用组织块分离法,从采自衡水湖湿地的黄顶菊的根、茎、叶中分离出12株内生真菌,并对其进行了抗菌活性的初步研究。结果表明:有5株能够抑制枣缩果病病原菌的生长,其中2株对病原菌有显著的抑制作用。
