对贯彻落实“强化体育课和课外锻炼”有关精神的探讨

Discussion on the Implementation of Strengthening Physical Education Curriculum and Extracurricular Activity

对贯彻落实《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,对"强化体育课和课外锻炼,促进青少年身心健康、体魄强健"的精神作了探讨,提出对今后学校体育工作的"一个中心,两个基本点"的看法,并系统规划,做好顶层设计;加强制度建设,完善学校体育管理体制;抓好体育开课率,提高体育教学质量;构建课外体育活动体系,确保学生每天一小时课外锻炼;实施阳光体育运动长效机制,丰富学校体育内容;加强学校体育保障建设,完成改革前置条件等6个方面提出了工作建议。

Based on the Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform, physical education and extracurricular activities should be strengthened to promote young people＇s mental and physical health. This paper points out that we should create the better top -level design, perfect management system of school P. E, guarantee the rate of P. E and extracurricular activity, persist in the implementation of sunshine sport, and strengthen the security construction, etc.
