摘要
基于特殊国情与时代发展阶段限定,我国当前竞技体育的主体仍然由专业运动员构成。随着事业部门的改制,多数专业已经走出计划经济的制约,逐步走向市场化,运动员薪酬也由职务等级薪酬向绩效薪酬转变。然而,这一过程注定是长期而艰难的。通过文献法、推理逻辑法对当前专业运动员薪酬现状进行分析,找出存在问题,并提出解决路径。
The main body of China＇ s competitive sports is made up of professional athletes due to the special national conditions and the limitations of the development of the times. The restructuring of public institution sectors has enabled most professional to step out of the restrictions of planned economy and to gradually become marketized. As a result, athletes＇ salary has transformed from the former post salary system to the one of performance system. However, this process is doomed to be a long and difficult one. Through literature method, logic reasoning method, the paper analyzes the current status of professional athletes＇ payment system so as to find out problems and suggest the corresponding countermeasures.
