摘要
改革开放以来,受资源禀赋、历史文化等因素影响,工资决定模式存在着较大差异,主要表现为性别差、城乡差、区域差等。采用基于均值回归的O-B分解和基于分位数回归的M-M分解,对形成工资收入差异的影响因素及影响程度进行了详细的分析。结果表明:教育对低收入人群更为重要;工作经验对中等收入的男性群体和高收入女性群体更为重要;工资收入的性别歧视在低收入人群中最为严重;地域歧视是城乡工资差距的主要原因;教育和经验不是造成城市群体收入差距的主要原因;教育在农村收入群体收入差距中起着"马太效应"。
Since Reform and Opening, due to resource endowment, history, culture and other factors, there is a big difference in wage determination mode which mainly in the gender,urban and rural,area and so on. Based on Quantile regression techniques, using O - B decomposition which based on mean reversion and M - M decomposition which based on quantile regression, we carried out a detailed analysis on factors influencing the formation of wage differences and their impacts. Results indicate that education is more important for lower - income people; work experience is even more important for men with middle - income and women with high - income ; gender discrimination is the most affected in low - income groups ; area discrimination is a major cause of the income gap between urban and rural ; education and experience are not the main cause of income gap among urban groups ; education in income gap among rural groups plays a Matthew effect.
