关于农民财产性收入问题的思考

Property Income Growing Rapidly Being the Effective Way to Increase Farmers' Income

随着经济的快速发展,农民迫切需要拓宽收入来源,特别是在其他结构性收入增长空间受限的条件下,快速提高财产性收入已成为农民增收和缩小城乡收入差距的有效途径。土地产权制度不完善、金融落后、收入来源渠道狭窄、政策不合理以及农民自身素质等是影响农民财产性收入的重要因素。针对这些问题,应尽快把农民手中的财产盘活,及时转变为资本进入市场,遵循市场规律,让农民能够以钱生财、以地生财、以房生财、以股生财、以识生财、以财生财等,实现农民致富增收。

With the rapid development of economics, the farmers are eager to broaden the source of income, es- pecially under the condition of other structural revenue growth being limited. Increasing farmers＇ property income becomes the effective way to raise their income and narrow the income gap between the urban and the rural. The imperfection of land property system, the financial backward, the narrow channel of income source, the inappropriate policies and the farmers＇ own quality are the important factors that affect farmers＇ property income. To solve these problems we should take effective measures to revitalize farmers＇ assets and transform them into capital to enter the market. Following the laws of the market, let farmers earn fortune on money, earn fortune on earth, earn fortune on house, earn fortune on share, earn fortune on knowledge, earn fortune on fortune, and eventually realize the dream of increasing farmers＇ income.
