较深入地探讨了在“正常”和“异常”使用条件下，建筑结构和机电产品在失效相关理论上的一 致性问题，讨论了多遇地震作用在“正常”或“异常”使用条件中的归属问题，并对失效模式相关性和 约束状态相关性的相互关系进行了分析。

In this study, the identity of building structures and mechanical or electrical products is discussed for the failure dependence under normal and abnormal conditions. The belonging of the small earthquake to the normal or abnormal conditions is also studied. Finally, the relationship between failure model dependence and constraint state dependence is researched.
