摘要
该文以新疆石河子开发区食品生产企业为例,通过对问卷的信效度分析、描述性统计分析、相关性分析及多元线性回归分析,发现:企业劳动合同制度、劳动权益保障、企业管理者关注、企业与个人发展前景对员工满意度有显著正向影响。从构建和谐劳动关系的角度,提出通过完善企业劳动关系管理机制、保护员工的权益、加强规范劳动合同管理等措施,来进一步提高员工满意度。
Through an analysis of reliability and validity, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the questionnaires from food enterprises in Shihezi development zone, this paper finds that the labor contract system, protection of labor rights and interests, care of managers, business and personal development prospect have a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. From the perspective of building a harmonious labor relation, this paper suggests to perfect management mechanisms, protect the rights and interests of employees and further standardize the management of labor contracts to improve employee satisfaction.
